Technologies

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO)

Regenerative thermal oxidation of 5,000 to 100,000 SCFM exhaust air flow

Zenviro Tech’s Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTO) feature uncomplicated, robust technology with low operating costs. Our space-saving single reactor systems treat exhaust air flows from 10,000 to 160,000 Nm³/h or 5,000 to 100,000 SCFM, depending on size, and may be deployed with multiple reactors in parallel for larger air quantities.

Rotating Distributor Replaces Valves

Zenviro Tech’s novel air distribution system uses a single moving part, a rotating distributor to ensure a steady, alternating flow through the different sections of the heat exchanger in the RTO. This eliminates the need for complicated valve or damper systems that present long term reliability issues. The collected air flow remains free of pressure fluctuations caused by competing valve style, as in a conventional three-tower RTO.

Thermal Oxidizer

Purify exhaust air with oxidation at high temperatures.

Zenviro Tech’s thermal oxidizers have proven to be robust, reliable and ubiquitous in many applications. More than 1,200 pre-assembled and tested thermal oxidizers have been dispatched in our institutional history into satisfied customers around the world.

Thermal oxidation achieves gas purity conversion well above 99% for VOCs, with some trade-offs in thermal NOx and CO. Based on clever process designs, Zenviro Tech is able to offer solutions that cost effectively mitigate NOx, CO and total carbon footprint through our thermal oxidizer designs.

WESP-2F

Remove sub-micron sized particulate matter, acid gases, and NOx from process exhaust.

Zenviro Tech’s patented Dual Flow Wet Electrostatic Precipitator (WESP-2F) is an integrated solution for the removal of sub-micron sized particulate matter (PM10, PM2.5), acid gases, and NOx compounds from your process exhaust.

The WESP-2F’s ability to effectively remove multiple pollutants in an integrated package ensures emissions compliance and maintains the flexibility to choose more affordable process feedstock/operation. Zenviro Tech has taken the proven wet electrostatic precipitation technology to a new level. The multistage design combined with integrated scrubbing zones and other proprietary features, provides performance to meet current and projected emissions regulations requirements.

Environmental requirements are every increasingly looking for tighter requirements. Plants are ever increasingly operating on higher uptime production schedules to optimize return. As such, some applications require integration of various thermal and particulate removal steps, in a solution that can be integrated in an existing site without disruption of current production. Zenviro Tech does and will supply the necessary upstream solutions for collection, PM removal, and thermal treatment systems including peripheral controls, auxiliary rotating and combustion equipment, and electrical sub-systems for applications demanding a single point of responsibility.
